I keep saying that I'm going to do it, but so far I haven't got around to it. Ideally, I'd like to throw something together in the morning, letting it cook while I work, then 9.5 hours come home and have it ready... I don't know if there is such a meal, but that would be ideal for me :)... I'll try this one, that you have here on a weekend since it only takes 5 hours to cook...
