Time sure flies and another month is the books. We paid our first mortgage payment after our refinance and it was pretty nice to see a much bigger chunk of the principal fall off. We have put off our hopes of reducing the student loan debt until things settle down with our second child who should be here sometime around the end of August. Other than that things are on the up and up for us, look out for another issue of the Wealthy Blogger list tomorrow morning, if you want to be sure not to miss it, subscribe to our free updates.

Blog Stats
I don’t usually do this, but it has been six month since I started this little endeavor and while I think my stats are lacking I am proud of what I have accomplished in this short amount of time. I have never blogged before, or even produced a moderately successful web site so it makes me overjoyed to see so many people find this site interesting and read what I have to say.
Here are the numbers for my first six months of blogging:
Total Visits: ~21,088
Total Pageviews: ~33,000
Total Countries Represented: 106
