Time sure flies and another month is the books. We paid our first mortgage payment after our refinance and it was pretty nice to see a much bigger chunk of the principal fall off. We have put off our hopes of reducing the student loan debt until things settle down with our second child who should be here sometime around the end of August. I don’t usually do this, but it has been six month since I started this little endeavor and while I think my stats are lacking I am proud of what I have accomplished in this short amount of time.
