Every Sunday I plan to reference 4-5 articles I found particularly insightful or useful. This weeks topic centers on Barack Obama’s Stimulus Bill titled the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It has been a pretty hot topic this week in the blogosphere with most of the major players weighing in, her is what they had to say:
FrugalDad discusses whether or not frugality is the anti-stimulus and if that is necessarily a bad thing.
Jim over at Bargaineering highlights the potential for a $15,000 tax credit for new home buyers as well as other proposed portions of the stimulus plan.
Nickel explains the plan’s lack of a stimulus check and what you can expect from the plan.
Jeremy with GenerationXFinance highlights the spending included in the plan and whether or not it could really stimulate the economy.
Consumerism Commentary’s Flexo discusses a site dedicated to tracking the state projects hoping to be funded by the bill.
That’s it for me and my first week of running my own blog. I hope you enjoyed what I have provided to date and look forward to hearing from you in the future, don’t forget to subscribe to my feed so you don’t miss anything.

The 15,000$ credit would merely be a doubling of the 7500$ credit that is already on the books.
